I remember listening to this when I was little. This is the CD I listen to when I'm working out because it just makes you wanna get up and move. Great memories. Top Gun is that rare type of movie that is completely driven by its soundtrack, and the only movie that I know where the soundtrack is as popular, if not moreso, than the movie itself. Every track on this soundtrack is fun.
I think the entire format was dead before I ever ordered this thing. Thought this was just an extended Top Gun soundtrack with "You've Lost that Loving Feeling," "Great Balls O Fire," etc., but turns out this is some strange Super CD format that none of my players or computers support. Never heard one track off this CD and although it is my fault for buying it and I should have returned the CD I have no idea what would play this CD.

Is that true. I believe that was a fan made cd case. This soundtrack is good but it is missing all the original score. I noticed someone uploaded a picture of the back side of the disc and I noticed that there are the score tracks.
